All campsites are reserved with a FEE, they are modern sites, some with electricity Kentuck Campground is open from the beginning of March to late December. All campsites have a picnic table, fire ring and parking space, and the campground has washhouses with hot water and flush toilets, four childrens play areas, and a sanitary dumping station. A few campsites have electric hookups. There are three platform tents. These pre-pitched tents have electric hookups, dining canopy, mattresses, picnic tables, and fire ring. Advance reservations and FEE are required to insure campsite availability.

Take marked side trail from just north of the trestle, up steep hill. The trail connecting the Great Allegheny Passage to the Ohiopyle State Park Kentuck Campground is 0.43 miles in length (2249 ft) and has a change in elevation of roughly 300 feet. The GPS coordinate for this trail connection is 39 o 52 29.6 79 o 29 33.2 . It is suggested that trail users walk their bikes while on the connector trail. Bikers should avoid using the roadways to get to the campground.
