If riders planning to park overnight, or if they plan to arrive back at their vehicle after dark, they should contact the local police station, or Visitor Center and provide them with a descriptive information on their car. This will alleviate the police from starting a search and rescue operation or avoid the car being towed.

Having the number for the local police station programmed into a cell would be a wise idea.
