Via ATA Trail / Great Allegheny Passage and C&O Canal
Ed Quigley and two friends made the trip from Pittsburgh to DC in May 2004.

Fools on a Mission
Ted and Colleen Garringer of Mystic, Conn., traded the comforts of home and job stability for a long haul through the states by way of two hybrid bikes. The self-designated "Fools on On'a Mission" rode most of the Great Allegheny Passage in April 2003. Visit their website for the full report.
